They arent color changing 5ice blues and one red but due to fatory placement if i put the one red in the speedo it made half the first 40mph red and 4-6k on the red line red i didnt like it so i swaped them around. Decent quality leds though from superbrightleds.com cant wait to see em at night pretty simple on the 99-03´s
