Oh its not a request my bad if it came off as peraonal i was talking as with enthusiast i figured it would be a decent starting point weither breeding for one thing or another.

Plus im trying to quit dipping and well im trying to stay occupied in all ways haha.

Besides the flashier and more colorful the chicken the better. Also look for super high station, thin brittle legs, flat chested stags in the male side. In the female I look for fluffy feathers, short wings, flighty. Top criteria right there

Yes agreed but they all start somewhere mentored or not. And by that i mean that they nor we or me do the best to start with either.

I breed from 2-3 weeks after they start laying in Feb to about the end of March beginning of April but will breed till end of May if needed but not past then unless an emergency. Got to have year olds next spring
