Im am guessing that most humans have been fairly lean throughout history. A 200lbs ancient human would probably be extremely robust or extremely tall (or combination).

Nope. Nowhere near 200 lb. and not that tall either but strong like ape

And your wrong again. Humans started packing on fat a long time ago as a means of survival. Stored energy for all kinds of climates
 
Modern game are way too small in my opinion to be used for any crossings. Just my opinion, and I know shamo and Malay would be hard to breed with a American game it would have to be a laying pullet or simply fertilize the hen myself.

I plan about 10-20 year breeding program to make my own special upright fast but yet merciless fowl.

Be nice to get a Rhode Island Red color to the roosters fully, tail as well, would be a beautiful plume.
 
There's always been the fat one and the big one with the muscles, that's with every animal in the world. The one that worked harder in life got bigger and stronger. The lazy one got fatter. WTH
 
Rooster havoc is right, gluttony has been around since bible times...
It's not gluttony it natural for your body to store fat as reserves. Way before bible times depending on what you believe.
