Did they tell u to not let her be real playful for a few months afterwards?
See i had a black pit that had intestine surgery they told me to not let him play or jump. Long sad story short 5months later he died it was a high risk surgery anyhow his name was Grizzly Winter Greene as my last name is Greene so i thought it fit. Tons of depression (seriously mans best friend) i didnt want another dog for awhile but later i found a lone black pup in a pound out of tans/whites and brindles he was the only black one in that litter. The owners finally surrender them 2wks later and my wife went amd got him to surprise me. Less than a week later he caught parvo and i thought well heck it just aint meant for me to have a black pit he beat it at the vets and i named him Kodiak Winter Greene i to would be sick on my stomach to see him go through something like yours i dont get attached to much but my dogs are a diffrent story!
Im glad shes doing alot better man i feel for any man who loses his best bud or is in fear of it. I realise this may come off as sissy stuff but oh well.
