Not yet lol nah it was that bird and a penned black. I got to them in time. I heard the ol wire rattling. I'm letting my crosses go to make sure they're ok. So far so good

The grey is all good. Got him cleaned up and penned. The blacks got some minor toe damage. I got there just in time. Thankfully.

All in all it's still better to let them run as long as I can. I am well aware of the risks and I'm ok with it.

Sdm i mean this with respect as youve been doing this probably more than i care to know. All of your birds you posted look good but these are some show stoppers! Good looking games bud.


This last fellas my favorite. I usually like color but hes got it his just so dang dark i like it.

I know i didnt free range my stags but at 5-6wks old their were trying to kill each other and ive probably got junk compared to some. I will from that day foward unless i simply dont care pen mine.

Thanks, that kelso is the only one out of those I have. I've moved alot of chickens the last 5yrs. I'm not the only one round Deez parts though. See havoc and flypen (yep cats out the bag) could lay it down with pics of fine fowl if they wanted.
