That bird is probably fine. I personally would have straightened him out a little better. He is molting too.
I'm always amazed at the pics people put up while trying to sell birds. Trash laying all over. Imagine what the place looks like when they're not trying to impress you

He is pretty rough looking. I haven't looked at birds for sale in a long time but that one wouldn't have drawn a second glance. You never know he could be a great bird. The owner should care for his birds a little better imo. The same reason most of us don't post pics of birds molting. They look like straight sh*t, well most do some I swear lose one feather at a time.

Imo people need to have more respect for their birds. Just because they're alive don't mean your doing a good job. Every time I'm sitting on my *ss I always think to myself there is something I could be doing with the birds to better everything. Fixing roofs, cleaning pens, trimming spurs, checking them over etc.. seems like there's an awful lot of people just trying to make a few bucks. The lazy will have a hard time even doing that I'm sure.
