Thanks I think he will look real decent once healed.

Though he may look like the darkness of the night he doesn't really show when other roosters are around only crows here and there and real easy to handle but once in his quarters he's a real impressive bird seems to be real smart and very powerful/fast. He's young yet 7-8months if I recall no older than 9.

The kelso on the other hand he's ready to roll if an ant farts the wrong way him and my Warhorse are the ones that are real easy to get along with as far as when approached by me, but seem to be my go to birds.

My hatch cock never sits still probably doesn't help he can see the wife's BLRW rooster he done tore into over in the other pen but he's always been a pacer and jumping up and down off roost even before hand. Despite that he's basically the family pet chicken the girls love him he's the easiest to handle.

The hulsey he's yet to be messed with much he does seem to be coming around.

It will be 70 F today. Warmest fall yet. Temperatures will e dropping down to about average. Make so I have to keep moving pens around more. Frozen ground helps plants resist chicken scratching.

Need to straighten the doors a little and make latch for them.

It was a triple, but I ran out of plywood so I made it a double... the near pen is double wide for now.

I kind of got lazy on the roof too.. I should have cut them into 4' lengths and had them running perpendicular to the length of the coop (like all my other coops)... but I just laid the 2x 12' long ways...
