It’s actually common sense. Every single one of us is relatively unhappy working for someone else. If your not your lying to yourself because the things your able to obtain from the money you make is worth it, for now anyway. Imo working directly for someone else is the most unnatural process going.

Imo most jobs aren’t hard. Some are I know but most the issues are boredom, repetition etc... when most start making mistakes at work it’s because your losing interest for one reason or another.

but I agree like 98% of jobs are easy... the hard part is the HOURS! and not being appreciated or feeling accomplishment or relevance. along with the boredom and repetition like you said.
