You have to look real close at the shape. Pointy eggs are stags, rounded are pullets. Sometimes when candling them you can see the cape, saddle and sickle feathers but not on all birds.

Not to be rude, but I think you’re pulling my leg because chicks don’t develope cape, saddle, or sickle feathers while they’re in the egg.

Certain breeds do. Gotta feed em right. Plenty of high station pellets. I know of a guy with a special high station serum too. Must be used sparingly.

I’ve only heard a few crow. That’s not reliable. The good ones will kick you right in the eye through shell. Best to wear safety goggles when checking them.
