A mix! Some roundheads some great and some asils. In another incubator I got bantams! I put my chicks in the brooder temp is 94 to 95 degrees n there going to sleep! Is that normal? They been real active till I put in there!!
 
Yep they will sleep a lot. Just make sure you dip all their beaks in the water to make sure they know where it is and put some food on the floor so they get to it right away. 90 degrees is about right most just use a regular light bulb. I use a heat lamp for a a few days when it's colder. They will tell you if they are cold or hot by moving away or piled up under light. Although some pile up anyway.
 
Ok thanks. I dipped their beaks first thing n introduced them to feed. There not interested. One will go to water check it out then carry on. Their 1 day old. Should I continue to dip beaks to make sure they understand?

they will figure it out... some take longer than others... once one starts to do it the other will see and follow.
