I dub by myself, so I like to wrap them up in a towel or cut the corner out of a feed sack. This way I can immobilize them which makes dubbing easier for me.

I had to go it alone as well. I slipped them into sleeves of a lab coat then pulled head through. Heavy towel was then used to cushion my knees.
