I’ve got hours and hours of spurs to cut, roofs to fix etc.. plenty need dubbed too. I’d rather wait til it gets colder though it’s still warming up into the 60’s here.
Why do you choose to wait till it gets colder? I know flies are a problem when it's warm but I've been told to do it befor it gets bad cold

I was told to dub in the fall so between 70s and 40s so they can heal befor it gets in the low 30s
The biggest time for fowl pox where I live is aug - oct usually. Temps here that range between 70-40 would be right in the middle of that time frame. I suppose it might depend on what your plans are for the bird to be dubbed.
70 degrees and you still have plenty of mosquitoes around.
Birds heal just fine in the cold.
I usually dub them when it’s 40 - 50 for the high and lows in the 20-30s. I don’t think it matters much as long as it’s not real hot. Blood flows slower in the cold so slightly less bleeding.

Thanks for the tip man. I've raised many birds but I'm just now at a true good starting point with the blood I have. Never had one person single me out to show and teach me, only multiple people saying multiple things. So I just run with what I think is best

I’m no expert. I’ve learned from guys on here, other forums, books, magazines etc... I have made plenty of mistakes. Through laziness, stupidity or whatever. The only difference is I have had a lot of subjects to test on lol. If something don’t work out the right way well I’ll try to do better on the next one. Lol
There is still plenty that I have to learn believe me.
