Oh ok. If you keep em on cords I’d kill everything that don’t belong in your yard too. I didn’t realize you have some permanently on cords.Yes. I lost one bull stag on a tie cord about 2yrs ago and I lost a yr old hen an 10biddies that same year to someone's blue Russian tom
So he got in the pen and killed the bird and then got his fat *ss stuck on the way out?No it was in between the 1"x2" wire
I don't anymore for that reason. Now I just tie cord during the day on the weekendOh ok. If you keep em on cords I’d kill everything that don’t belong in your yard too. I didn’t realize you have some permanently on cords.
No he got in the pen and the hen went ballistic so I walked down the hill and the fat thing was stuck so I stepped on it's head. Idk what its intentions was when he got in the penSo he got in the pen and killed the bird and then got his fat *ss stuck on the way out?
Feed probably. I know the rooster booster pellets I feed have a sweet molasses smell to them. Do you use feed cups? If not that might help with waste that could draw them in.No he got in the pen and the hen went ballistic so I walked down the hill and the fat thing was stuck so I stepped on it's head. I have two feed cups that I have just started using to try them out. I will get more this weekend. I don't feed until late afternoon when it's cold and they don't leave any feed on the ground as I feed what will be ate in a 10min time spand other then my biddies who have food during the afternoon around 12 until everyone else gets fedFeed probably. Yeah it may help. Probably worth trying. You can always set some small footholds along edges of a shed or anywhere else you think they might be walking. Just set em off if you have chickens loose so they don’t get into them.I have two feed cups that I have just started using to try them out. I will get more this weekend. View attachment 1571563 Well I dismantled a red nose pit mix this morning. Brave volunteer survived without a scratch. Used a foothold trap, caught the sumb*tch by the toes.
I'm sure he's not the only one and we will continue dismantleling intruders as they wish to kill my boys I've spent so much of everything on.
