Like I said there ain't any problems during the day only when there going to roost. He don't act like that normally so I will just keep an eye on him for now. Just wanted to see what yal thought.
 
Also my black stag is taming up good minus when I call him up for feed he will peck at me, nothing major, will time fix this or what are some tricks to break this cycle?

Try live worms.
Last year and the year before that, I would give them worms from time to time maybe 2-3 months in between, and the little dudes really start warming up to you.

Like Shubin wrote, if the pen is big enough, multiple roosts help too. On the same roost, some birds will go back and forth pecking on other birds, but don't seem to jump to another roost to do the same thing. I haven't tried it but have thought to, but maybe a divider on the roost.
