She’s probably a cross of some sort that someone turned loose. She looks like a green legged sweater but you’ll never actually know.

Look like wild type excepting for leg color which appears willow. They are female version of black-breasted red.

They are cool little birds. The one on my counter is pretty friendly too.

Female side, almost without exception, make for good pets. You can take even crazy wild hens and tame them down with minimal work.

I stuck the one on my counter for pictures and she didn't even try hopping down. The other two are more cautious, but still friendlier than a lot of my hens,

I am breaking half dozen to intensive handling now. Mine will be used to keep me in broodies with chicks throughout 2019 production. Do not need the chicks, need groups to take to work to educate public. Can't beat game hens for that.
