It’s probably only so expensive because not many people eat it. They charge more for the few that still want it and keep their tongue profits the same.But Kiki is right it's getting expensive. If my mom does make tongue, she won't buy it from a Grocer, she'll wait till my dad makes his way to Carnes city and buy it from a Butcher, as it's cheaper and better quality
