Gotmearooster, as far as I know all games are seasonal and will stop laying when the light gets under x amount of hrs per day.I have not tried lights I rather let them lay as they were intended. Also have not heard of those Grey's so I'm no help there.

sdm111 that is Rob Mullins, Coal Dust Gamefarm he had a ad in the nov 2011 gamecock mag selling his greys for 2k a pair. I don't know about now but he use to have some good greys. I wouldn't pay that for 10 of them.

exactly what I'm saying " in the game " than yeah they would be worth it if u fancy Grey's. But just to have, ie: without fighting I personally don't see the need for that high a price of Grey's especially just starting out anything can happen and I personally would rather lose the lesser expensive ones. But if gota don't mind spending than that's cool. Sorry it's kind of hard for me to explain what I mean sometimes. By far I'm not disrespecting nobody

I've seen pictures you posted of them and they are beautiful greys. I'm willing to bet they're GAMEfowl or you wouldn't be feeding them.

Yeah separate for literally 10 min can and will do it. Like the hen never seen the other before. Been there
Them miners are like that. If you look close in the picture I posted earlier there is a black pullet on the outside of the pen. She combat rolled outta the pen when I added straw. I was explaining to my 3yr old that we gotta get her back in soon or they won't be friends anymore. I don't think he understands just yet.

Haha I got a few birds you guys have never seen cause I just ain't sure what the h*ll they are. Lol gotta get rid of em soon.

Ringteal, I do best with an average of 50 grown fowl. Of course total head count goes up in the spring but I usually get rid of the chicks at a day or two old. As far as mine what I decide to keep I try to get off as many as I want to keep so my average stays the same. As far as ducks u plan on getting any mandarins

I hope to get Mandarins and Teals but I hope to get NPIP next year after I get them. Been there and done that with Wood Ducks but not my personal favorites they were just to flighty, just about the only way you could get me to get Wood Ducks would be some Apricots. Back to your question though, if I do get some Mandarin's I'd be more than happy to let you get some after I'm NPIP. I have personally never had more than 30 birds and I felt really comfortable with them so that's why I gave the number I did. @Gotmearooster if you just want "Grey" game birds you can find them all the time without paying $2k a pair. And since we're talking about fishing: Any of you guys ever fished at Gulf Breeze in Florida ? Some huge reds were moving there a few weeks ago.

Speaking of hobbies yes they do keep us going everyone has their thing. Back in the day I used to restore and build old Honda 3 wheelers. Here's 2 of my personal bikes an 86 250R, and an 85 350x
