this is one mean sob. He looks harmless falling asleep on my lap but he wakes up every few minutes and tries to hammer me. If I lose an eyeball tonight it will be centras fault

I don't know about anyone else but I sure don't want to meet up with that in a dark alley

Getting him off the roost wasn't the easiest. He hisses and pecks like a nut. He don't shape up he's gonna have to find himself a new home.

Starting to but it's going back down to 12 degrees tonight. More snow/sleet/rain tomorrow afternoon.

yeah the other two should have hatched, they were alive when I put them in for lockdown, my last 2 bator runs was a 100%.

Well coulda been lots worse.

Had to put that bird back in his pen. Gotta hold on to him tight it was getting old my arm was going to sleep

Luckily I have some big plastic dog crate that I can use if need be its only been used cause of flash flood

That bird is strange. He lets me rub Vaseline on his comb and wattles and he falls asleep on my lap. But tries to kick me when near his pen, and will peck me fairly often when holding him real loosely. He's not totally a man fighter but he's pretty close. I'll keep trying for awhile with him. But he's getying annoying with it now.

I shall be getting some fertile eggs by Monday. Gotta get the ball rolling
