Just did a head count on my chicks I have 92 right now and all my hens are back laying. I have about 40 eggs in the incubator not counting the duck peacock and turkey eggs
 
I would like to know if you have to be licensed and whatever hoops to go through to become a commercial gamefowl farm breeder. Any info would be grand...

Whoa! That's too many for me. I'm too busy to properly care for that many

i would start with making sure you have consistently good birds first and foremost. My guess is it's not an overnight endeavor. Anybody can raise and sell gamefowl. Producing consistent excellent gamefowl is something entirely different.
