I think you can make the show as official or unofficial as you want... Up to you if your the host ... It doesnt necessarily have to be sanctioned or anything. Just spread the word and people will show up.

Maybe after a good turn out for a 2 years or so, you can approach APA or something for all that sanctioned stuff.

idk about them, your state gamefowl breeders association should be the best option because they will help you directly, your membership dues, meetings, and shows will all be in your own state. KYGBA has over 8000 members.
