I've been through this before per my attorney it is done via plate number not license number so parking tickets are only connected to vehicle plate numbers not the operator and my boss will pay it just to be done no big deal. Is what had happened was I put the meter receipt on the dash but if fell on the floorboard when I got out cause it was so windy. I was paying attention to traffic trying not to get run over lol

I'm lucky to be able to walk 2 blocks from the hotel to the courthouse.

centra, I'm not a liar, I don't know if you have not seen the news or that you don't believe that I have no record, but believe me I would not be able to work in a federal courthouse on their access control system if I had.

Yeah it acts just like a mini greenhouse. I leave it open at the top a good bit to vent but they need plenty of ventilation or you'd be asking for respiratory problems.

once it gets to a point does it feel any colder as temp drops or not really

15 degrees to say 0 feels about the same to me. 20 degrees and above I only wear a sweatshirt and usually no gloves. Below 20 the gloves get put on. I think I have some nerve damage in my hands though from trapping (breaking traps out of ice and reaching into the water for the trap) not the smartest thing to do. I have zero dexterity with gloves on though.
Oh and when it's below zero it's usually take your breath away cold.

Well now that this muslim president we have has made it to where if you have any conviction on your record including traffic tickets, then you are in danger of having your guns taken away from you. So under no circumstances do you plead guilty to any law. Not guilty! Not guilty! Not guilty! even if it's just a traffic ticket. I don't have anything to worry about, but I know a few people that does. Thank you obama
