Lol. Actually I'm using them for bait in my cage traps. I zip tied their legs to the cage so they can't run off. Nothing like live bait. Haha

I trap for fur in season and they ain't legal here. I have to use regular snares with with a deer stop and a 12 in loop stop. The deer stop is a pain cause it causes misses. A breakaway device rated for a certain poundage would be a better alternative.

you have a point, I've seen the deer stops, but I've never used them.
