DO’S and DON’TS –
A Basic Understanding
You do not have “constitutional rights.” You have rights that were given to you by God, and which are secured or protected by the Constitution for the united States of America. Notice the small “u,” which means a real land or country and not a corporate fiction. Rights come from God, and do NOT come from Man. If a man dispenses “rights,” even “civil rights,” that is a tyranny, a dictatorship. This country was founded on God’s principles. The Constitution was enacted to restrain government, and the Bill of Rights secures our rights. Everybody needs to study the Bill of Rights – right to freely associate with others, right to privacy, due process, to know the true nature and cause of accusations, equal protection, etc. READ and understand the Bill of Rights for yourself!!! Remember: the most potent weapon is still Knowledge.
Lessons from Lampasas, Texas raid.
The police who raided and robbed victims at Lampasas suckered innocent men into testifying against themselves by answering innocent-sounding questions, so they could come back later and write a ticket. In order so that this does not happen again, here are some do’s and don’ts, which work for ALL encounters with police/public employees. MEMORIZE THIS:
DO Post your property PRIVATE PROPERTY – NO TRESPASSING. The reason? Public law (codes, statutes, acts) cannot be enforced upon private property. You are 100 percent free to do anything you want on private property. DO lock the gate. DO keep your mouth shut. If a cop asks you questions, answer it with a question, like: “Do you have a warrant?” “No? Well, I cannot talk to you or tell you anything.” Remember: he who asks questions is in control. DON’T answer any questions. The cop wants your name and information so he can fabricate charges later and sucker you into court. See above – do not get suckered into testifying against yourself by answering any questions!!! DON’T let anybody on the property without a warrant. Tell ‘em if they don’t have a warrant, they can’t come on the place. DON’T fall for the “inspection warrant” trap. Inspection warrants went out with the American Revolution, and are nothing more than illegal fishing expeditions. A REAL warrant has an attached complaint sworn out by a victim of rape, murder, mayhem, robbery, kidnapping or arson – the ONLY crimes cognizable in a court of law. Don’t be bluffed!!!!!! DO ask additional questions and put them on the spot. These four questions have worked well for most police encounters including traffic. Tell the officer: “I’ll answer your questions/give you my license or papers if you: 1) give me a copy of the warrant, 2) give me a copy of your bond, 3) give me your business card, and 4) give me your written delegation of authority from the District Attorney to put a charge on me in the name of the People.”
Remember: A people that are afraid of their own government is a dictatorship, a tyranny. A government that is afraid of the people is a free nation, a republic. Know your rights! HSUS is stealing our gamefowl and our rights to own and raise our gamefowl.
