Well I guess the down side to free ranging hens is them showing back up with 5 chicks in tow. This particular miner hen had been missing for two weeks then I saw her once 4 days ago. Figured she was setting on bad eggs. Couldn't find her though. Obviously they weren't bad. She molted the whole time she was broody too. Showed up with a new set of feathers and some babies.

No I was joking with sdm111 awhile back. I have a few layer hens 2 are blue andulusians. I have not and will not breed games and layers together.
All those blues and splash are miner blues.
