Thanks for the tip on the hen by the way. I've had a tough time tracking down the guy to ask him directly. I somewhat remember his roosters had a couple white tailfeathers, wore traditional Kelso colors on the body, but was tall like a Grey.

My guess Texicano is Hatch cross with sweater,better run down your buddy ,get him drunk and he may tell yu the correct lineage.

actually wrong picture... this one is a wheaton blue-hennie upon closer examination..

I do have hen with darker tail that is hatch cross. I'll try to find that photo.

Hatch, grey and brown red... many things.. I only breed crosses.
