Wow, I missed a few days and look how much I missed!
Centra, this is an interesting point to me. I suppose being game is all that really matters, but that seems to be a complex trait. I have heard some old cockers tell stories about their best cock being gentle as can be and great to handle, but set him down and stand back. To me it seems as though the ideal would be a directed aggression, but then again it can be a fine line. I don;t have much use for a rooster that is aggressive towards everything. Does that make sense?
yeah he is a lil down there![]()
Send some my way. This fella could use a spritz or two.
Oi don't put us shorty downI kept two low station birds to see how they turn out. The one I posted yesterday and this last one. Believe me he may not look like much but it's surprising just how quick those little legs move. Lol he was actually one of the first birds I had to pen. I still say long legs ain't always the best in close, although midgets might not be the best either haha
I had a video. I'll see if I can dig it upyeah he is a lil down there
good luck u ain't gotta dub most brood fowl isn't unless u just want to. No point imoGonna attempt talking to dad about AGBs, may be able to win him over.the biggest fight will be dubbing, which is ironic since we dished goats each year I see no difference.
