Yep, it is COLD this morning. 12 here. I dumped water cups last night after the birds went up and will be out shortly to fill them. Next couple of days are supposed to be worse.

Talking cold time. If you are looking for fun I am looking for volunteers that will help us collect crayfish from several sites in SE Missouri. We will be hitting eight sites starting at about 0800. Starting air temperatures expected to be in mid teens with high in the low to mid twenties. Visibility (underwater) expected to be excellent. Depth range to be harvested 1 to 7 feet.

Wetsuits and snorkels provided. Will have hot cocoa but most will be poured into wetsuits before entering water.

This means I will be feeding at about 0300 before departing. Gotta suck it up baby!!!!

About 50 and foggy in the mornings... Riding motorcycle to work isnt fun, but at least I am not breaking ice or jumping in water after crawfish
