Anywhere from 2mo to a few days depending on how early the pullets were hatched. This year is uncommon I have late hatch pullets and the hens started early

Actual difference was only a few days this year

Usually they would start in Nov lay a few then stop till spring. Cause I hatch early.

A couple of hens are starting to get a little redder in the comb and face, but I haven't seen any eggs yet. I am just surprised at how well the pullets are laying already. Most were hatched in March.

Winter has been pretty mild for your this year? Havent seen any snow banks or plastic wrap on your pens.

Yeah just a few days real cold and one snowfall of around 8" so far.
