Seagull lol. I've caught a bat on a trout stream years ago. Snatched my fly outta midair. It was fun releasing that guy.

I was fishing a good spoon looking for reds
I casted and he flew between me and the spoon and took the line with him. I saw my spoon skipping thinking oh no oh no he made a hard cut and slipped the line off thank God

you're not in any immediate threat are you? When they start. Doesn't look like there's any fuel by you. We have fires too but ours are done by forestry to burn all the thickets and marshgrass so it regrows green and tender during the summer for the animals so they're not quite as intense as yalls

It could be trouble for me.... that grass goes all the way down to my fence line...
