No worries til they start doing serious damage?
Nah they'll face like that for a few weeks. Kick a little after that for another couple weeks then they'll avoid each other for awhile. Eventually they'll start back at it again. Once they go for more than a buckle or two it's best to separate them.
They will bust up beaks, heads swollen up bad. It's not worth it usually to risk it. On more than few occasions I've had to doctor up birds I've let go too long. I've got a few different lines some definitely need to be put up sooner than others.

All the "kit" coops I've seen seem awfully overpriced. I think they leech off of unknowing, got to have chickens right now naive people that don't know no better.

I agree they can be over priced... but it comes down to me working 12 to 15 hour days... not knowing where any of the power tools are in the garage anymore... so the last one was a kit. I could wrestle it's parts into the yard by myself and armed with a philip's screwdriver put it up. Now I would love to build what is in my head... I know what I want... but it depends on what is realistic for me. If I can get to the power saws, the staple guns, the drills, and other required tools well I could do sections in the garage and then wrestle them through to the yard... energy, and time are my concern, that and my skill level.

@Lauravonsmurf Have you tried your local Craigslist? Every once in a while you may luck up and find a coop that is reasonably priced and possibly well made.

Modifying the one from TSC would work too, I still have a hard time navigating this site since changes were made, so I can't find a thing, but I did see where a couple of people used the "framework" of the coop and run, then added siding. Turned out nice - this also gave them a walk-in coop which is bonus.

Well I found a walk in for not to bad price... on TSC. Now I am realistic about these coops not being super strong, but I could easily modify. I really think I could build one too as long as I have tools and supplies and time but hubby has got to help me find all the tools in his garage. I just am not home to organize like I used to be able to. Hubby is open to this expansion idea... the little coop can than be used to isolate birds, set up specific breedings or to familiarize the adult birds with new birds being introduced. The county just litened up some rules for property of over 10000 sq feet and that means me. I can have more birds. I would like to add a few breeds hubby likes and a few I like or want to keep for food reasons, a small dinner/egg breeding project would be nice (very small) of course that means I have to keep the roo for breeding quite (rooster collar is probably best bet, if I decide to try to improve my birds via breeding, versuses just buy). I can rearrange the veggie beds easily and add more brick in those spots to create the floor space. I have the coop now on brick, inside a metal fenced garden inside the backyard fencing. This is to make it hard for critters to dig into coop, get over at least 2 fence systems before hitting the closed up coop at night. I don't like Night attacks.

Havoc, I think it's awesome that you catch fish on the flies that you created.
Thanks. Sometimes it all works out, other times not so much. Years ago when I started I would get so mad when I screwed a fly up I would flip the whole d*mn desk over. A few times of picking all that stuff up and I learned to relax a little more. Lol
