Now that's hilarious. One punch to the belly and he's done. All his preparedness is over. Not too mention just how much food would that guy need to keep in his "bug out" bag or whatever those crazy b*stards call their backpack fully loaded knives off the home shopping network, mres, etc.

ive got a buddy that builds ar's. He's got a bunch of em. Nice and they are fun to shoot. I wouldn't hunt with it though. Everybody has different tastes.

Better options to hunt with if you want "tacticool" alot of bolt actions can have such a stock or chassis put on them. Heres my same model gun on a MDT-l
LSS chassis.

Vs my slightly modified hunting rifle. Apples to oranges.

Very nice. Yeah that's what I mean "tacticool". I don't understand the draw of it all. If you want to play soldier boy join the military. I think the people that love all that "tacicool" sh*t are just playing make believe. I call it as I see it. Take it or leave it.

Thats why i dont play into it mines just a modified factory stock among a few odds an ends and does just fine at what it suppose to do.

I would own an Ar or a mini-14 or 30 if i came across one that was a good deal, but isnt a must have.

I bet there's a few getting their feelings hurt. I don't have any issues with AR 15 or similar guns. I just don't think they do anything to help the image of hunters though.
Nothing like a sportsman spending a day afield smoking rabbits and prairie dogs from hundreds of yards with his military grade weapon of choice. Might as well break out the Bangalore torpedo to cut better shooting lanes.
