I don't have any neighbors. There's a shooting range that owns 300 acres to my left and a soybean field to the right through the woods.
I don't use bait or feeders but I do have a stand in the back to the left.

that's how you make your own pond lol. Yrs ago when I was in a lease we sometimes get there about 8am to get settled in for 9ish when the airboats started to leave and jump the ducks right to us
