I wish it was that easy.. A lot of complex strings attached... I swear I'm in a chess game.

Im actually kind of excited to get control of my money and living situation. I've always given her my paycheck, bonuses and tax returns.

And she basically lived per her standard.. of massive debt and materialistic vanity. And now that she is partying and living single life, she's getting worse.

I'll finally be able to save and invest for a better future (for the kids and myself).

Terrible news. Take it from me go to court as soon as possible to get everything sorted out. I'm so glad I did cause it ain't all on you she has to put up too. I have a good realtionship with my case worker and was just talking to her this morning cause my daughter turns 18 next month
