Went to Walmart for a battery charger found these on clearance 5.00 why not I don't know what I'm buying

100 grain. All these horror stories you think it may be the folk you associate with lol.

The hypodermic already on their way.
I don’t associate with any folk lol I roll alone. I knew a guy that lost a few deer on good shots. That was years ago before they changed them heads though. I know they work good now. I’m just stuck in my ways. I’m curious to see how they work. Big time blood trails from what I’ve seen on the internet.

I’m sure they’ll work for one shot. Probably wouldn’t be able to reuse them but for $5 no big deal. My worry is always like that deer I hit bad a few weeks ago. Sh*tty heads and I may not have recovered her.
I have been using the longbow instead of the compound and it’s not really powerful enough to use mechanical heads and have them perform like they’re supposed to. Hence the big ass heavy spears I got.

I figured I'd shoot small chicken eaters with them.

With the long bow u could chip some Clovis

Lol nah too much work. I would get them all they way to where I’d want it and then break it in half or something after hours of work. I’ll buy carbon steel heads. I can sharpen those easy enough.

what is that black foam stuff for that the broadheads are in? I found a strip about 6" wide by 8' long in the marsh musta came in with a storm
Just a hunk of foam that came with the little archery tackle box to stick the broadheads in so they stay relatively sharp and for safety.

What caliber is that beaut shooting?
6.5 rem. mag. 129gr. Hornady SST
56.8gr. Super Performance
Federal 215 LRM
3280fps mv
I had EABrownCo. build me this 26" barrel about 18 yrs ago knowing I couldn't buy a factory round for it, but I could load one. It took me a few months to choose between the 6.5x284 or the 6.5 Remington Magnum. Hornady has just released a new round, 6.5 PRC that's making some waves to compete with the 26 Nosler. The only thing bad about either one of the rounds is you can't get a TC barrel built in them calibers. Our armed forces have gone to shooting the 300 Norma Mag. I'd love to have one on my TC

I use hornady hand loads on all my rifles can't really go wrong with hornady. With factory ammo on my 270ruger I could get roughly 1inch groups at 100 once I went to hand loads it'll cut the same hole bout the size of a quarter. Well it did till I put this vortex on it and haven't sighted it back in yet which I need to do real soon!
