Nah I know I’m just messing around. I’ve hunted over bait before. I just don’t like to anymore. I hunt public land so there’s a bait pile every 100yds. In my experience on public land mature deer rarely visit bait piles during daylight. Most deer are real cagey when approaching also. I like to keep things as normal for them as possible.

what is that black foam stuff for that the broadheads are in? I found a strip about 6" wide by 8' long in the marsh musta came in with a storm

I work with that foam for work... and actually waterjet cut my roosters out of it. Black Polyethylene foam.

You have to work for them thoufh. They like hickory nut trees. There's a branch by me. Need to get in the woods an hour before light and sit there. At daylight look for them stretched out on limbs lounging. If you don't see any might as well go home. I've never seen one after daylight

When I was a teenager my friend killed one that was red with a black head and white snoot and half his tail was white.

I tried getting my first stag recently and i'm pretty sure the guy was methed out..
he straight up said he wouldnt do business with me because I look like a hippy..
