Ya I have 2wd... works well enough for Southern California... not much need to offroad here unless you want to. I wish I had 4wd.

Had my same truck for 16 years now.

I welded up an Edelbrock exhaust/muffler and put on headers, intake and swapped out cooling system for upgraded increased capacity system... Also installed an Eaton posi differential and new gears.

Plus new transmission along with a lot of little repairs.

Mines the 5.3 has a ls1 cam out of a wrecked SS Camaro, shorty headers, boar turbine catback, afe intake, dyno tuned NA and steet tuned for a bit of laughing gas on 93oct by Larry at lsxperformance&pcm tunning trucks a runner and you'd never know it.
