That’s the way it goes man. I’m kicking myself for passing on does since I didn’t want everything to blow out of the area if I shot one. Now I ain’t seeing much. Ducks in the morning of their around. Taking my son down near the coast. Should be interesting. 5 yrs old, canoe, saltwater, 33 degrees. Lol

Thing bout it was is that it was behind the house I didn't make it out to the woods this evening and I didn't want to shot due to it not coming off that ridge as idk where the bullet would end up and who's land he would run into. Stinks man, hope y'all enjoy tomorrow is he able to shot anything yet?

Nah he’s only 5 he couldn’t even hold up a shotgun. Might get him a B.B. gun soon but don’t want him shooting chickens

I have a bow but Yeah I ain't army crawling up a mountain lol.

And that would be a good start or pellet gun I like them for youngns seem a bit more accurate in terms of acting like a rifle but yeah you'll have to watch him and I'm sure you would anyhow. Think I got this savage 22 when I was around 8 my very first rifle still got it just took the junk scope off it. Great shooting 22 real accurate.

I think it's a toss up... mostly it depends on how they're handled as they're raised... are you getting a young one or mature? And sorry, I don't read this thread every day, lol...
