Snow is good when it’s ice cold out and stays cold. The wet heavy snow and then climbing temps just makes everything a mess.

I’ll be watching ducks fly by in the snow in the morning. Temps in the 20’s. Think my 5 yr old can handle it?

Got em just in time. Cheaper price but in the amount of time it took to get here I think they shipped them in a dingy straight from China.

Got 245/80/17 10ply tires mounted on these yota wheels just gotta get me some lug nuts and put them on the truck should look good and go a bit better. Right on the top of that ridge to the right is where I took that 8pt.

Ya know they say the birds are tougher just like the people from up north.
Just figured I’d throw that out there.
I survive without AC... but in dry heat
I agree cold can make em tougher... but so can heat... in a different way.

I guarantee the Vikings would have had a hard time trying to survive in Egypt... and vice versa.

I would rather not sweat my *ss off sitting still. That comes with humidity. It gets real humid here in summer too. Many days it’s just as humid as down south just not for quite as long. It’s gets real damn cold too because of the humidity here. That moisture in the air on cold days will make your hands feel like somebody smacked em with a sledgehammer.

I hate when I'm perfectly fine outside working in the cold and come in and my hands feel like they are on fire and a million needles are jabbing into them.
I wear real thin gloves but keep those hand warmers in my pockets if I’m gonna be out for awhile, especially hunting.
I prefer fingerless gloves for hunting but gotta have those have warmers. When duck hunting I take my gloves off and set everything up. By then they’re screaming. I then sit there like a baby practically crying they’re so cold with em in my handwarmer pocket. Once totally dry and warm I then put on my gloves.
