I keep teasing my wife that I need to drag out an incubator. One hen and two pullets started laying about 10 days ago. Maybe they know something I don't.

Great minds think alike! She is pretty easy going. A couple of years ago I had it sitting in the living room close to the wood stove. It was way too early and cold!

Snow is not bad. I like working outside once everything freezes up. The mud gets old real fast. If you keep moving, the cold is pretty comfortable.
