There's quite a few things I'm not eating and a wild hog is one of them.

I’ll try a hog one of these days but I ain’t eating a raccoon. I’ve skinned hundreds and there’s no damn way I’m eating them greasy things. The fat and grease on them things has such a strong chemical like smell that stays in your nose for days.

I had wild hog, it was good. I do not like the taste of cat. Squirrel and Rat both good, gator yummy, buffalo is good, aged and fresh killed beef taste totally different, deer is yummy, so is rabbit, pigeon, quail and pheasant. Kangaroo is good. Eel is good too... just a few things I have had over the years.

BS. Im picking it up after you clean it, cut it, age it in baking soda then rinse and neatly package it.
