I ate pigeon when I was in Korea. Pretty good actually.

Pretty sure any bird will be edible not like those shrimp and crab things. Not much risk of dropping dead either.

Yep, not bad. I used to raise White Utility King Pigeons. They are big pigeons and easy targets for the hawks, if you let them fly. If I remember correctly, they are about a pound and a half to two pounds, maybe a little more. Not my pic, but from the web.

I'm sure it's like anything else. You got good and bad. Since most vets nowadays just pass out heart guard and euthanize cats the specialists created their own niche. Either way they have the ability that I don't. So be it.

Think about surgery costs for humans... would be as high or higher... a cat or dog isn't any more or less complicated... same procedure, just risks are different

ya I like them. But people tend to not view them that way, but thats what they are... aquatic insects...
