I just rode down to the bayou to check on 2 dead stags that I put some sauce on to take care of a fox that's been nosing around here and I found one coyote, one coon, one possum, and oops one hawk. I seen him trying to tread water in the bayou so I figured he got got a bite too.

A long time ago I used to get feed from a man (mr dean) he had a barn and you drove in one end and picked the feed you wanted as you went down and he had a desk at the exit and he would always sit there and you paid on your way out. Self serv he had game chickens and was a world of information after he passed I’ve NEVER met anyone remotely close to how it was talking to him

The good ole days

Got another place we would get all the essentials from owner kept a tackle box behind the counter with whatever you needed. That feed store is still open
