Internet real bad here today. Hen below about to start setting. I was in a pinch so placed her and cock into a pen normally used for roost of free-range juveniles. Will get her out as soon as chicks hatch. Cock will be out in just a couple days.

She shows pattern allele effects on wings pretty good. Bars. Many of her stags will come our brown-breasted brown red.

Might be hell I don’t know. I do know that’s she is a great hen and throws real good stags. I’ll tell you what I’ve never had any gameness issues with any black bird here.

She does not look like a Cornish Game to me. She does show some Aseel characteristics like the pea comb. If memory serves, then Cornish Game is derived from the Aseel or something like it.
