I sat next to a young newly wed couple on a flight over the water one time. It was a really rough flight and the young girl was having a pretty bad time of it, but her husband had no sympathy as he was used to flying on some rough military flights as he described. I felt pretty bad for her.

Flying on military flights sucks. Seriously. Very rough. No concern for the luggage.

When I landed in S Korea the plane skidded on the runway when landing. That was a little hairy.
