It’s has rained straight through since Tuesday afternoon. My yard and pens are flooded. I’ve added straw to two pens with chicks every day to keep em dry. This last batch I just put in a dog crate with their momma and put em in the shed. Temp dropped to 50 and now it’s windy too.

Thanks, they are somewhat presentable again. They have been free range with plenty of room and cover, but this spring has been some of the worst fighting as chicks. For some they were nearly bald and scabbed over.

It's a mess here to, luckily most of my pens are pitched down hill so no flooding in em. Mountain spring has turned into a fast flowing creek again too.
