I dont eat like a rabbit, common misconception. I can't say its for everyone. you also dont have a super short intestine like predators in the wild have, you have the intestines of an herbivore but it doesnt really mean anything. I dont believe people are meant to only eat veggies, I just know that i have health issues and it has been a godsend
 
And animal proteins are more complete than vegetable. That’s been proven.
 
I find all this talk interesting. The human body is designed to store fat in reserve for survival.
Everyone thinks being as skinny as possible is healthy. That’s all Hollywood BS. In a real life survival situation that most would never face the ultra skinny along with the extremely muscular will be the first to fail. It’s all a balance.
 
so what if it is? yes meat protein is easy but a varied vegetable diet will serve me just as well. easy isnt necessarily better.
Easy? I said complete. I’m not going to get into the amino acid profile but meat based protein is proven.
