Sdm111 just puts them down. I skin em too. Small knives work just fine.
I don’t just shooh the mean roosters away. This bastard pecked the eyes out of Ancona hen oh about 2 min before the pic was taken

The biggest issue is the fact that she thought I was 55. Probably because of this guys mouth.

Ok it goes like this. My utility trailer I put a large dog kennel upright with the door open next to it. Take a 2x8 about a foot or so long and bridge it across the trailer fender and crate. Place the head on the board while holding the feet do the do then drop them in the crate. I can just cull cause the others freak the freak out when they go flopping around the yard
