doubled-non-cinching-nylon-hitch-cords-4.jpg
this is what the feed store sells. The question I have is can a stag not take it off using his beak? As the problem I have with stags that have never been on a tie cord pick at it. I have only used rubber hitches and leather hitches, ive never tryed these. Wouldnt them picking at the nylon cause there leg to come free

Short answer no they don't come off even when pecked at. Never had a one come lose even with cocks pecking at em. It'll become natural the longer you work with them. Best bets to stick around to work with them anyhow first few times to make sure they don't cause themselves harm anyway.

Thanks i dont know anything about the nylon. I always watch them on tie cords first 5times or so and even my grown birds only stay on them for a few hours. I was just curious because the leather and rubber hitches have stops on them, and the nylon don't.
