Thanks i dont know anything about the nylon. I always watch them on tie cords first 5times or so and even my grown birds only stay on them for a few hours. I was just curious because the leather and rubber hitches have stops on them, and the nylon don't.

The nylon tighten when they pull but don’t get loose when slack. Kinda like a slip knot.

I just ordered 3 more 6ft nylons since my others went into the twilight zone. This way 3-5times a week they can all be on cords under supervision of course as I like to watch my birds quite a lot.
