Supposedly she's an old timer butcher hen. I know Flypen used to have butchers, just wanted some input. Not my hen by the way.

I know he was a stag last year so must've been hatched in 2017. You've posted 2 or 3 pictures of him ever since. Super nice bird, dark red shoulders, full hackle, resembles a football with blue(or black?) feets lol
